Sheila Bost, LMFC

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who considers my relationship with clients a sacred calling. My goal is for my clients to experience deep healing as they uphold the integrity of their mind, spirit, and soul and achieve fullness in their relationships with others. I believe that we come into this world with an innate desire to be in loving and safe interpersonal relationships.

I take a non-blaming and collaborative approach. My goal is to know and to understand my clients’ stories. I then seek to help them develop personal insight from which they flourish and transform. My clients move forward to change their heart, thinking, and behavior. They no longer stay stuck in limited beliefs regarding themselves and in their old, ineffective behavioral patterns. I have a genuine passion for seeing my clients live a joy-filled life of purpose, peace, and well-being.

I appreciate all of my clients and love helping them on their journey to restoration, healing, and wholeness. I have rich experience with people from a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds. I can readily partner with clients from their faith perspective, as I understand the importance faith has played in my story.

I am married, have four adult children and eleven adorable grandchildren. I thrive on energy from my family, friends, and the faith community. As a Los Angeles devotee, I enjoy hiking and spending time at the beach as well as books, plays, movies and cheering loudly for the Dodgers.
