Individual Therapy

During our one-on-one sessions, we can dive into specific areas of concern, or unpack what you are struggling with week to week. No topic is off-limits. This is your safe space to work through anything and everything that causes you stress, frustration, anger, pain, fear, anxiety, loneliness, and any other dense emotions you are feeling. Together we’ll dig into these emotions, determine why you may be experiencing them, and figure out what changes you can make to mitigate them and move through them with more self-compassion and ease.
