These sessions are your sacred time for you and your partner to develop a deeper understanding of each other and the struggles you’re facing, and decide how you want to cocreate a joyful future together.

When you’re sharing your life with someone, wounds are inevitably exposed and triggered. Couples therapy is a beautiful way to offer yourself and your partner a compassionate and productive space to learn about these wounds, what behaviors are triggering them, and how you can repair your relationship when pain occurs. The better we understand one another’s pain, the more supportive, loving, and compassionate we can be for each other moving forward.

I truly believe that a healthy relationship is possible for any two people who are committed to learning about themselves and their partner, repairing when hurt is exchanged, and rooting into compassion every step of the way.
